We have efficient systems in place to ensure every enquiry is handled quickly and professionally. Our friendly and experienced lettings team is available to assist you in person, by telephone, through our website, via email or on social media, making it as easy as possible to find and enquire about our available rental properties.

We also advertise our properties on Rightmove, ensuring they reach a wide audience of prospective tenants.

Referencing

As part of our service, we are required to carry out tenant referencing to ensure suitability to rent, as this is an important requirement for our landlord clients.

We use an independent third-party referencing company, Blinc, to complete the referencing process on behalf of our landlords. You will receive an email containing a link to complete the required information online, which can be accessed via a computer, tablet or most smartphones.

As part of the process, we will also need to verify your identity and confirm your right to live and work in the UK. If you have any current or previous credit issues, or if there is any other information that you feel may affect the outcome of your referencing, please let us know as soon as possible so we can provide guidance and support.
